Option 2 without a display – Two (2) – 2 1\/2 x 8 ft tables. Approx. 6 x 16 ft. booth size.

  • Due to space limitations, we will be limiting the number of vendors so to reserve your booth(s), we ask that you submit a pre-registration non-refundable fee of $100 by Monday, November 30, 2015.

    If you prefer to mail your fee, please include a printed version of the registration form and mail the check to:
